Jason Boland
Jason Boland is the bassist for Kodaline, one of Ireland's most successful and internationally recognised bands. As a founding member, Jason has helped shape the band's sound across multiple platinum-selling albums, chart-topping singles, and extensive world tours, performing for audiences across Europe, North America, Asia, and beyond.
Always exploring new creative possibilities, Jason incorporated the ROR MIDI Bass into the creation of Kodaline's latest record. In the studio, he has used the instrument alongside a Moog synthesizer to explore new sounds, textures, and musical ideas. The MIDI Bass has since become his main touring bass, joining him on Kodaline's 2026 world tour.
Jason's willingness to push musical boundaries while remaining deeply rooted in great songwriting makes him a perfect example of the modern musician, combining traditional musicianship with innovative technology to create something new.
